Welcome to SharePlan, a product of Origem Solutions. By using our service, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Description

SharePlan is a platform that facilitates the sharing of subscription services (particularly family plan for now) among users. We connect subscription holders (Creators) with individuals (Members) who wish to share the cost of premium subscriptions.

3. Creator Responsibilities

3.1 Creators

  • Must complete KYC verification
  • Must provide accurate subscription information
  • Must activate subscriptions for members once slots are filled
  • Must maintain active subscriptions throughout the agreed duration
  • Must not share member personal information (email addresses)

3.2 Members

  • Must make timely payments
  • Must not share access credentials with others
  • Must respect usage guidelines of the shared subscription
  • Must not attempt to take control of shared accounts

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Funds are held in escrow until the slot is full. Then the amount for the subscription is sent to the Creator to be activated.

Refunds are issued automatically in the following cases:

  • If a slot fails to fill within a reasonable amount of time
  • If a Creator fails to activate the subscription and a replacement slot is not found
  • If the service becomes unavailable before the subscription period begins

5. Privacy and Security

We prioritize the security of your data and financial information. All transactions are encrypted, and we never store sensitive payment details on our servers.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating fake or misleading slots
  • Sharing access credentials beyond the agreed members
  • Using the platform for illegal activities
  • Attempting to circumvent our payment system
  • Harassing other users

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. In case of termination, appropriate refunds will be processed for affected members.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified to users via email or platform notifications.
